Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to show my displeasure with the computer service provided in your center.

Three weeks back, due to power outage, my computer's hard disk got crashed. Further, it had display problem. As a result, I had to service my system. So eventually, I called your service center helpline to get it repaired.

Initially, I was promised that I will get back my system in two days, but It took more than two weeks to receive my computer. As my business totally depends on computers, it was a huge setback for my enterprise.

Even after the delayed delivery of the system, I am not satisfied with the quality of work. I still face glitches when I use my system continuously for more than three hours.

After all the discomfort, once for all, I want to settle this issue without causing further inconvenience to me. So I would like to insist you to service my computer again at the earliest.
