The process demonstrates the way of how bricks are produced as a construction material.

From a simple recognition to provided information, it is apparent the main material of brick is clay. Also, the process entirely takes 9 stages to turn a clay to brick.

At the first stage in the process, the clay are collected by a digger. Next, a mixture of soil and clay are sifted in a roller to extract clay. after that it is contributed with sand and water to be shaped in moulds or be a brick by using wire cutter.

All the bricks in a huge group must be dried between 24 to 48 hours and after that they are kept in a special oven called kiln. There are two type of kilns. The first one have a moderate temperature between 200’C to 980C and the second kiln have is higher than previous with 870C to 1300C to make the clay harder. This process is followed by cooling down the finished bricks for 48 to 72 hours in a cooling chamber. after all the bricks have cooled down the get packaged and transmit to final destination by delivery trucks.
