The pie chart illustrates, how much percentage of the UK immigration and emigration happened in 2007 also stating the reasons for it.
Overall, it is clear from the given pie chart that, a significant increase was observed in people coming in the UK for definitive jobs and formal studies. However, a considerable rise was seen among people leaving the country for employment purposes. A decline was noted among people leaving the UK for educational studies.
On the one hand, for the UK immigration purposes a significant increase is noted regarding definite jobs (30%) and formal studies (26%). This is followed by, people who are accompany at (15%) and looking for other employment at (12%). Additionally, 17% individuals stated no reason or others for coming in the UK.
On the other hand, 51% persons were observed emigrating for employment purposes. This was followed by, 18% people who gave no reason for leaving the country. Moreover, 13% individuals left the nation as an accompanied person and 14% were under others category. However, it was noted that only 4% left the UK for formal studies to be received in other country than the UK.
