Hope you are doing great. I am writing in regards to your upcoming visit.
After hearing that you are coming to visit me, I got thrilled. Let me explain my situation in more detail that I am excited to catch you. Please send me the itinerary copy and if you need to be picked, I will arrange some one who can escort you or else you manage yourself. About your family, are you coming alone or anybody is accompanying you? I am glad to welcome your family members as well.
