Dear Mr. Brown,
I’m writing to remind you about our recent meeting on a plane last Saturday when we were flying from Moscow to London together. If you can remember I’m Olga, the woman who sat next to you. We were talking about your chain of restaurants during our flight and you suggested that I contact you about a possible job in some of your restaurants.
I’m very grateful for your suggestion. I would like to let you know that I’m extremely interested in the restaurant business and I sometimes think about working in this sphere. Unfortunately, I don’t have the appropriate education to be a chef or cook, but I do have one in management. If you need a personal assistant or administrator I would be very happy to work in this area.
You may be interested to know that I have a diploma in management. At my current work I have a lot of responsibility and I can organize and manage people’s work. I have excellent communication skills. I’m also fond of the restaurant business and I also study it as a hobby.
