A friend who lives in another country has invited you to come and stay with him/her on your next holiday. You are too busy to accept the invitation. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter,Thank him/her for the invitationExplain why you cannot comeA

Dear Jacob,
Hope, your and your family are at pinkest of health. I received your letter last week. I can't express how happy i was to hear from you. Congratulations on your new job.

Thank you for inviting me to come stay with you on my next vacation. Please do accept my apologies, as it is not possible, due to my prior commitments. Me and my girlfriend have planned a trip to Bali. We both are excitedly looking forward to it. I hope you understand, but my next period of leaves start by mid July. I will be more than happy to come see you then. Maybe we can plan something together.

I will be glad to visit you soon. Hoping to hear from you soon. My kindest regards to you and your family.

Your's Sincerely,
Nelson.
