Dear Sir or Madam,

Recently I came to know through newspaper that you require people to do part-time job in your museum. I am a university student and consider myself fit for the work you are looking for.

To begin with, my summer vacations has just started and I have got a project on local history as homework. This would be the best opportunity to see museum closely and learn about the native's history. I have got extremely good English speaking skill which can be beneficial for you. I can serve the role of guide to tourists who are keen to know the history. Not only English, But also I can communicate in French. Therefore, French tourists can also be entertained in my presence.

You can mark my availability from next week onwards as I am going on a short trip with my family this week.

I would be highly obliged if I get to hear from you. Looking forward for a positive response and to become the asset for your museum

Thanks
Sanya
