I would first like to sincerely apologize for not attending your birthday party. I was eagerly waiting for this time, moreover, I had a surprising plan for you.
But as you know, I am working on a project for the past couple of months and this project has made me experience a lot, since it was a tough project. so as usual, I was in the lab and testing something where to my surprise, the Robot stopped working and I became so anxious because the deadline was two days ahead. so I straight went to my supervisor's place to discuss the problem with him. In this tense scenario, I just forgot to make a call to inform you. Otherwise, I had made a day off on your birthday to celebrate.
my apologies once again, and to make you feel happy, I have booked a dinner at the BBQ Tonight on this weekend. I will wait for you there. hope you will come. See you there.
