Hope this letter finds you in the pinkest of health. Heartiest congratulations to you on achieving the best acclaimed international food critic. I have learn't that you are publishing a new book on international cuisines, Hence I'm writing to you regarding the same.
Since ur magazine is going to cover international dishes, I was hoping if you can add one of our countries favourite delicacies. Crispy Pata. It's a pork dish that is served mainly on festive occasions like Christmas, Easter, Birthday's etc. Whole meat is braised in such a way the skin of the pork turns crispier nd the meat beneath is succulent nd juicy, its served with a spicy tangy vinaigrette sauce. It's an all time favourite in our part of the world and it's a must try for the food loving people. I vouch this is an excellent recipe to add in your pelthora of recipes. My mouth is watering as i write about it.
I would be obliged if you add this in your upcoming publication. It's definitely a crowd pleaser. You have tried it too and i still remember you going gaga over it. Hope you can find a way to make ink to pen for this.
