Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is a formal complaint regarding the dysfunctional management of trash bins of the Bradford Area. Unfortunately, the trash stacked in the vicinity has caused severe trouble to the locals.
Just to bring into your notice, that the bins are not emptied from the weeks and the lorry has not been consistent on the given schedule to load clutter. Thus, it has lead to heaps of trash in every corner of the society.
The amount of negligence has invited number if insects, rats and hamsters around. Though, it might be a new home to the rat family, nevertheless, my children and other children are afraid to go out and play in the play area. Not only this, the aged from the near and dear families had fallen sick and stopped to stroll around because of foul smell. Even, the society welfare had to cancel the weekly cultural activity due to unfavorable conditions and brought high dissatisfaction for the locals.
I would recommend that the local council should assign a designated body to ensure the trucks are on schedule and if not it should be escalated to the next level. Also, the contact number of the trash collection should be printed on the trash bins so that the locals can reach out directly.
I hope the local authorities will take extensive steps towards the suggestions made and action as soon as possible.
