In your letter describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly explain how this is affecting you and your neighbors suggest what should be done about the problem

I would like to write about a problem that our district face with and its relate to garbage collection, it bothers us and we can not stand this condition. I demand to solve our difficulty with the aim of increase your quality of services.
Rubbish collection system does not work very well, it causes a wide rang of problems for my neighbours and I. Firstly, it makes a lot of noise because the collection car is very old and it might need to repair as soon as possible. Secondly, the amount of trash that have stored in garbage box is more than the capacity and space.it causes that cats and dogs come near the box , in addition it makes an awful view and smells very bad.
I believe that the real solution to the waste problem is to order new collection cars and mechanization boxes in order to avoid creating this issues. I am looking forward to reply my letter.
