Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to notify you about the frequent delays of your bus service in my daily commute. I stay in Mettupalayam and work in Coimbatore, I am a frequent travaler in your bus over the years. Let me explain in detail about how the bus delay is effecting our jobs.
The main concern here is that your bus which is suppose to start at 7.00Am is starting by 7.30 Am for the past two weeks. This delay impacts the arrival time at Coimbatore , Hence I was late for office everyday over the past two weeks. We are relying on your bus service because only your bus stops in our Office area.
This effecting my work everyday, I have to be at my before 9.30 A.M , also my company have a 9 hours clock in time. So If I reach office late , then I have to stay late as well. This is creating issues in the late evening where the bus service to Mettupalayam is much less in my area.
Please make necessary actions in your travels and make sure the buses starts on correct time everyday. This will be most helpful for everyone who is using your bus regularly. Awaiting your response,
