Moreover, despite being late it fails to drop at my destination. The waste papers and used bottles were thrown all over the bus which shows your pathetic maintenance.
In this pragmatic world it is crucial to be organized, however this sort of service is impacting our professional life. As time plays a vital role in every individual’s routine which needs to be oblivious.
I recommend you to-hire a conductor who can maintain proper hygiene to perpetuate minimum sterility and retain your service. They need to be trained on the guidelines and the maintenance.
Finally, I recapitulate that your service is unacceptable which was obligating. Moreover, I urge you to yield the amenities to the best as they were in the past.

There are multiple problems like, firstly, bus drivers got changed and they do not cooperate with the passengers. Secondly, timings have been shuffled without prior notification, which caused unnecessary confusion among the traveler. Thirdly, the reduced frequency of the buses had made commute every inconvenient.
My family and I, hugely dependent on your bus services for our daily commute. However, sudden changes in the bus timings and frequency had caused a lot of trouble to us, like I am unable to reach my office on time, my children missed a few of their sports classes. Many people in my area are facing such issues.
