Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that the bus does not travel on the usual speed and it takes longer routes which delays the passenger’s scheduled time to reach their stop. I think either the bus driver should be changed or actions should be taken on the present driver.
The bus is never on time due to which I’m not able to reach my office on time. In addition to that, because of its slow speed, I reach home by 8 instead of 6:30. The babysitter of my 3 year old daughter stays till 7pm. I am facing various problems in my daily routine.
In my opinion, this matter should be taken in consideration as in today’s world, time is money. Changing the driver will not only help the passengers but also will benefit the bus company.
