Dear John,
This letter is a write up encapsulating my work and achievements for the calendar year 2019.
I would like to bring to your notice about the successful launch of my team’s pilot project in partnership with our client SYNTEL. Besides this, I was also associated with 2 other projects and spearheaded the metric change across the organization which resulted in 20% revenue growth.
That being said, I was unable to put across my points to the management due to my lack of technical knowledge. I have made it my primary objective this year to have a working knowledge of storage servers and its impact on the cost of yearly maintenance.
Therefore, I request I work as an understudy for next 2 months with the technical director so that I could learn , understand and improve my knowledge in one of crucial segments in the industry.
I appreciate your consideration on this front and look forward to hearing about your thoughts on my work from last year.
