Dear sir,
I am writing to let you know about the amazing cuisine and service of your hotel on The Hoe street London.
I have been in your hotel with the couple of friends on 14 feb 2020 and celebrated a birthday party. Your ambience was better than other restaurants of your kind. we have tried your special milk cake for birthday celebration and ordered sushi, and beef steak. steak was tender and succulent, the sushi fancy my colleagues. we stayed there for three hours and enjoyed our visit at its full.

Apart from the menu, your staff behaviour with customers was the most admirable. The food served on the right time and of good quality with reasonable price. The supervisor has visited personally to check out anything required and checked the standard of the menu served. However, I have found that hygienic conditions were strictly applied for all members visiting in. Since COVID-19 has been created a drastic change but your staff have followed the SOP's.

I highly appreciate your efforts to offer a medium-high level service to the customers. I would recommend relatives and peers to visit your venue.
