Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the apartment I have recently rented as a holiday accommodation.
I and my family have decided to leave the apartment due to sever problems it created for us. Unusual predicaments such as lack of a suitable microwave oven or a proper air conditioner caused my family members to become angry. As you know, these days the weather is quite scorching so everyone cannot stand without an appropriate air conditioning system. I think you should take some drastic actions in order to eradicate those problems for further customers; as well as this, please refund some of my money back. If not, I am prepared to take my complaint to a higher authority. My dissatisfaction has become worse when my father got angry and suddenly left the apartment. As a consequence, we were forced to come back home.
Once again, I would appreciate if you could possibly take some actions at the earliest.
