Dear Sir,
My name is Mohit Sharma and I am the president of a local NGO named 'Toward Future'. Our club is organizing seminars where people from all walks of life can take part. I am writing this letter to ask you that please give adequate space for the details of our activities in your newspaper column. Please allow me to elaborate on my situation in more detail.
As you know, our NGO has been conducting such activities in the past, for the betterment of people but this time we particularly focus on youth. Therefore, delegates from European countries will be taking part in these meetings, and they will discuss the problems related to teenagers such as juvenile delinquency, drug abuse, and psychological disorder. There pivotal reasons and best possible solutions to deal with them.

Furthermore, the venue for the event is Serena Hotel Islamabad and the meeting will start at 6 PM and ends at 9 PM.
