Dear sir/ madam,
I am writing to draw your attention that I Mehwish Munir want to visit my parents in turkey to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. In this respect I need to take a break from my routine schedule.
I have decided to visit to turkey with my family to meet up my parents because after completion of earlier project,I need to get away from my hectic work life. Otherwise, I reckon that i will not be able to perform in the same manner as i am in upcoming endeavours. my father has booked one of the best villa of town to make this event memorable. Now you can well imagine how much important this occasion will be for my blood relations.
In accordance to the above said matter, I want to get time-off from 14 december 2020 to 26 dec 2020. I am taking a time off for a week because, in this week i dont have any special commitment with in the project. I have already discussed it with Neeta who is willing to work at my place as a substitute. she also has been in contact with my client, I am currently working with and knows everything related to project. I believe she will be an appropriate person to manage my project details.
However; if she would have any confusion regarding the work assignment,I will be readily available online and on my mobile phone.
Hope this will explain my position very well and i request you to accept my application for holiday.
