Asking for bill to be changed

Dear company,

I am writing to bring to your attention of an incorrect bill charge for telephone number 0123, amount of 300$. I have scanned through the detailed list and found that most of the fees were attributed to international phone calls which I suppose I did not make.

I have been your customer for 10 years and feel totally satisfied with the services you offer. Telecommunication fees are paid on a monthly basis, mostly for 3G data, as I use another line to make phone calls. Yesterday when I received the invoice, I was surprised that there were some international calls to anonymous people. This caused such a high, unusual cost.

I tried to reach the hotline but no one answered. The amount was directly debited to registered bank account hence I would like to claim for the false calls I was charged. Please have someone review call logs, and make proper refund to my account.

Thanks and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

Mai
