Dear sir,
I am writing to apologize on the absence of my mid term computer exam. I could not attend this because of my poor health condition as I was suffering from severe diarrhea. my I.D number is AA1793, Mehvish Munir, case number SX217.
I have eaten unhygienic food in dinner before the day of my exam. Unfortunately, it causes severe diarrhea in midnight while I was busy in the preparation of exam. However, I took medication, but it did not cure. I had sunken eyes, pale complexion and low blood pressure. I rushed to the hospital with my brother and admitted promptly. The A&E doctor had injected me medication with intravenous injection. I was in hospital the whole night, so I could not attend my exam on 26th Dec.
I admitted for a night and then discharged next day. my consultant prescribed me follow up medicine and advised me to well hydrate myself. The hospital admin has given me a medical certificate so that I can present it as an evidence to you. I hope that you will consider my application and my medical certificate.
As I could not attend my computer exam, I want to retake it. it is my humble request to consider me in the retake candidates so that I will appear in the exam to fulfill my compensation.
