Dear Mr. Jahedi,
I recently took an online course on Design Patterns which was presented by professor Smith, the pioneer of this modern technique. The lessons started two months ago and last week was the deadline to upload the final project which based on students would be assessed.
The whole course was fascinating since it gave me a better perspective on computer programming and how a efficient design can make a significant difference. In fact, learning various patterns help programmer to identify the similarity of their challenges and find the appropriate pattern which can be applied to their own problem. It is like exploiting vast experiences of those who have come before us and struggled with same issues.
After participating in such eye-opener course, I recommend you to encourage more employee to learn and apply these new methods. Some of company's software are out-of-date as they have been developed many years ago when programming was in the beginning of its journey. Therefore, it would be a excellent practice to refactor the legacy systems with modern programming languages while utilizing successful design patterns.
