I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the accommodation which has been provided to me by the company in Chicago city. I came here for a data analytics training and company has provided me a studio apartment. The flat is fully furnished, and it has an amazing view of the city. Moreover, the shopping center is nearby and the facilities are very good. Inspite of all this I am facing some issues in the apartment which requires your kind attention.
While my room is pleasant, but the heating system is not working properly. As you know, winters are going on and it would be difficult to adjust in below zero-degree temperature without the heating unit. Though I tried to lodge a complaint to the leasing office, but they have not taken any action so far.
I would request you to rectify this issue as soon as possible or else provide me a new place to stay .I would really appreciate that.
