Dear sir or madam,
I am Harry Martin, senior marketing officer, recently posted in Boston branch. I am thankful to you for providing accommodation facility for me and my family. But, Unfortunately, I am facing few issues in my apartment that I want to discuss with you through this letter.
I am alloted a 1 BHK room in villa del Rio apartments, which is well-equiped with all the basic facilities like stove, oven, refrigerator and so on. The first problem that I have is my apartment is at third floor, which makes it really difficult for my wife with two toddlers to go up and down. Moreover, the neighbor that lives just below our apartment always complains for my kids noise which I could not handle anymore. Another major issue is that , the room heaters is not working, which makes it worse in this extreme weather.
I hope you consider my problems seriously and I request you to allot me a new apartment or switch my apartment with any other employee's room. It would be better if I could get a room on ground floor and also where the heater and other basic facilities are well-working.
