Respected Sir/Madam,
I am praful Shah final year student from A Division of your college. As college student we havebeen given a library facility for our study purpose. I have taken an accounts book (Author name - Kishnadwala) from our college library for exam-study purpose. as per our college rule we should require to return the library books with in a period of 1 month from the date of issue. my Last date to return the library book was 15th of April this month.
I would to inform you that one of my close family member fallen sick due to high fever. As he stayes alone at his big appartment and there is no one in that big apartment to take care of his health, therefore my family inform me to visit his apartment and be with him for all the necessary requirement due to his unwellness.
As he is very close to our family and myself, I was not able control my emotion and ran towards his apartment. I have took him to doctor place also and they suggested to my relatives to take complete rest and avoid all the unhealthy or junk food till the time he is not physically fit. due to emergency situation i was not able to submit my library book inside the library with in the timeframe provided to me.I am extremly sorry for all the inconvineient cause to college or library
I will be definitly be in touch with you and will try submit college library on as soon as basis. Hope you will consider my request and allow me to submit the libary book to library without any delay charges.
