Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to draw your kind attention that I am planing to renovate my house which might affect your restaurant.

Let me explain my situation in more detail that the house where we live is ancient and need to be repaired as soon as possible. This place is made up of clay bricks which consequently produces bad smell though we painted it numerous times. Furthermore, because of old structure it allows different insects hideout area. Therefore, in night we are not able to sleep.

I would like to inform you that your entity is adjacent to our house so might be affected while demolishing it. There are chances for dust and hurdles for customers.

I could suggest that doors of restaurant will be closed whenever customer enters and provide a designated route for the entry so that it will be inevitable to put anything on these areas.

Thank you for your consideration and apologies for any inconvenience.
