To Accommodation officer
Dear Sir / Dear Madam
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction from my accommodation in the college.
I am a student in the college for first degree in the faculty of math.
I am shar a room with another student, who is nice person but we are not feel good with that arrangement.
I am studying very hard to get high scores and to finish my first degree as excellent student, also it is known that math studying demands a lot of hours for practice at room, beside the lessons.
So when I come to our room I most of the time meet her with friends who lestnen to music and in very easy-going atmosphere.
I asked several times from her to stop and to consider my situation, cause I need to concentrate at my duties to the faculty,
But it repeats every day, I feel very uncomfortable to come back to my room.
Because of this situation , I am asking from you , could you please find to me another room by my own, where I can concentrate at my studies which are very important to me.
Please let me know about your decision as soon as possible.
I 'll appreciate your help in this matter.
Best Regards,
Sharon
