Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a hostler of B- Block, Nile hostel, currently pursing Masters of Computer Application and currently in the final year. Kindly consider this letter as a complaint against my present room partner.
At present, I am sharing the room with a student from vocational studies and he is un-cooperative and irresponsible. As you might be aware of the fact that, final exams are due next month and his arrogant behavior is making things difficult for me to study at the room. I get time for self-study only during late nights, since I work part-time post college, while at that time, he intentionally plays loud music.
The person is a party freak and a chain smoker. Moreover, his friends are notorious and keep visiting the room at odd hours. Furthermore, they play deafening music and create a lot of disturbance not just for me but for other students in the surroundings as well. As an attempt to sort out things, I tried resolving the issues, however, he is unapproachable.
Considering his ill-mannered nature and the shortage of time for the final year exams, I request you to kindly provide me a single accommodation so that I can focus on the preparations for my upcoming examinations.
