As you already know our academic room allocations were done very unfairly, especially, the room which i got allocated was very small, i am writing this letter to list out my few problems regarding this room.
The room which i am sharing with other student is from another branch which is completely not related to my studies or liking. Sharing room with other branch student is at times embarrassing and does not help in any manner.
Specially when i had exams last week he has disturbed me by playing music on his phone and distracted me which resulted me a failure in my tests.Other problems like timings, i start to college in the morning and his classes starts in the evening, when i am about to sleep or think to relax he knock on the door continuously which is again unbearable.
I would like to request you to arrange two different accommodations for me and him which could be very helpful for me, or sharing with same stream branch would be more supportive. I prefer to stay with one of my friend who is also facing same sort of issues.
Hope you understand our situation and change our rooms. Waiting for your earliest reply.
