Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I am not satisfied with my living condition in our college. While I am happy with my accommodation, I am totally unsatisfied with my current roommate who is making my life difficult here. I hope you will consider my situation favorably.
Let me explain my situation, the trouble started three months age when my roommate first moved in to live with me. My roommate is not organized at all and he does not want to clean our room. Whenever I enter our room, I see his stuff lying on the floor. He plays incessantly loud music at night which distracts me from my study. Moreover, he is very rude to me when I ask him to lower the volume of his music. Because of that, I am not able to sleep properly, and it is also hampering my studies.
Would you kindly transfer me in another room? I would prefer to live with someone who will be quieter since I like to live in a quiet place so that I can concentrate on my study. If someone is quiet and considerable, I won’t have any issues living with him or her.
