Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service provided by your bank recently. I ordered a new cheque book last month, but still, I do not get it yet. I made a call on last week to know the tracking number of my cheque book but your staff denied to answer this question.
Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. I applied cheque book before 14 days ago when I come to your bank in person. I had filled all the forms which are required and submitted this on the cashier desk. However, I have been 2 weeks, but it has not been received till now.
Since that time, I have not made any payments and so many bills pending owing to this. Hence, I need your favour to look into this matter. Further, kindly provide me, a detailed report regarding the delay of my cheque book. Moreover, Could you tell me, how much time your branch will take to send this to me?
