I am writing to inform that i won't be able to join your organisation and please accept my apologies for the same.
Let me explain in more detail. First of all, allow me to say thank you for your time and efforts and it was my pleasure to have interview with your entity. On 25th September, i appeared for interview in two different companies and fortunately i got selected in both companies. Now i have to choose the best option which suits my requirements well. The company where i have decided to join is 2KM away from my residence and it will be more convenient for me to reach there. Secondly,my parents are not keeping well since last few months and i need night shift so that i can take care of them. Finally, the job responsibility are same there and due to this i won't have to devote extra efforts.
Hoping this will not have untoward repercussion on our future relationship and i would love to join your organization once my personal circumstances will get better.
