Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide a feedback on the cookery course ‘Kitchen Wonder’, which I have taken recently from your renowned institute.
The course was fascinating as I was able to learn the chopping skills which are vital to the taste and texture of the food. I was really amazed by the diversified slicing techniques such as the angles and choice of tools, and the professionalism of the teacher.
I have used what I have learned on weekends when I normally cook for my family, and they consistently give me excellent remarks! The effect of the course had on my chopping techniques and dishes was surprisingly significant. On certain occasions such as birthday parties and festivals, I prepare food for the guests and kids and receive many appreciation from them.
Other than chopping skills, will your cookery institute consider to organise bakery classes as well? Most people are not good at baking because they did not know how to use electric oven properly. Dealing with cooking appliances is also another topic which most people find it difficult.
