Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently organised a residential conference in your hotel on 23rd September. I would like to appreciate hotel team for making the event successful.
We have reserved 25 rooms in your hotel for our participants and some of them arrived before check in time. As per the feedback from the guests, the manager allowed to check in without any early check in charges. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I also came to know that management has organised complimentary barbeque for our clients which were out of the box.
Next day, the hall was ready as per our instructed time. However, there were some clients who have to face issue regarding food. The breakfast served to our team was cold and limited. Also, in lunch buffet, the spread was common for the event happening on that day. So, there was a queue to get food and our conference got delayed by an hour.
We have booked the conference hall again on 20th October for annual summit of our company. There will be CEO and Director of organization who will be attending this event. I would request you not to repeat this issue in next event and keep separate buffet counter and sufficient quantity of food.
