Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your tain company ITC PVT. LMT. It was totally disgusting incident I faced yesterday.
I am regular user of train services. I use to travel daily from Central Station to City Park station to my office. I travel through City Train and it is always running late about 2 to 3 minutes but, yesterdays incident was awful. I come from house to Central Station at 9 AM. My train was at 9.15 AM and i was on time due to my project meeting. I was all excited and ready with my presentation and all vital documents. At 9.17 AM I realised that there are not any signs of train coming but I choose to wait for another 10 minutes. However, around 9.30 AM we got to know that train is running around an hour late.
Firstly, because of this unorganised train schedule I faced many problems. My meeting was canceled therefore, my project manager was upset on me and he remove me from my responsiblity as a project head. It's going to be really harmful for my work performance in company. Secondly, there were so much crowd due to delay for train and when train arrived there were no seats available for passengers hence, all people travel tp their destinations with great discomfort.
I would like to suggest you that please give extra warning to the passengers if there is any failure in train service so people can arrange the other options soon. It would be beneficial to status of your company as well as for passengers.
