Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your store and would like to bring a long prevailing issue into your notice that needs to be fixed for better costumer experience.

I regularly shop household items from your store, but from last 3 weeks we are experiencing long queues for billing. This is due to the fact that out of four billing counters only 2 are currently operational.

When I asked one of the employee of your store about other counters not being opened, to my surprise he just walk away without responding. Then I approached another worker and he told that they don't have adequate staff members who knows how to operate billing desk.

I would like to make some useful suggestions that I hope may help to improve the situation to an extent. You can consider to provide training to current workers who generally spend their majority of time organizing the things. This way they can be utilized at billing desk during peak hours and then later can switch their role back to organizing things. Also, it would be great if all employees at store get short training on public dealing skills, a warm smile is always welcome by everyone !

I hope you will find some good work around that could possibly ameliorate this issue and improves customer satisfaction.

Yours Truly,
Amandeep Singh
