Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle to express my disappointment regarding the car I hired from your rental company three weeks ago.
My name is Caren and I have been renting a car from your company forthe past three years and this time also I rented a Toyota Innova with car number CH01 R 2341. But unfortunately, the car I hired recently is making my travel pathetic.
Being a regular customer of yours, you know I frequently need to visit other cities for meetings. This time I am travelling to Rajasthan and everyone is aware of the weather that is so hot. The moment I entered the state, the air conditioner stopped working as the coolant was finished. It became so difficult to reach the desired destination but somehow I managed on that day. I called customer service a week ago but still, no resolution has been done.
So, I want that the air conditioner should be repaired soon or an alternate car should be arranged as soon as possible. I would also suggest you check the car once before handing it to the customer so that these situations can be avoided as it is not good for the company’s reputation as well.
I am hoping for a quick resolution of the problem.
