Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the car which I rented from your company last month. last week, the air condition stopped working and I phoned your company to ask for a repair, but till now nothing has happened.
my name is moustafa ali and I rented a black Mazda 6 car with plate NO ( VTE 6548 ) from your company a month ago. my rental contract No is 245873 and it is a six months contract. During my visit to your office, I was assured that the car is in excellent condition and I will receive immediate support in case of any inconvenience.
last week, while I was traveling from Cairo to Alexandria, the air-condition suddenly stopped working. I called your company’s customer service immediately and I was informed that they will send a technician to repair it within 2 business days. Unfortunately, nothing has been fixed till now and I regret to inform you that both your company’s car and service are below my expectations.
I want you to change this rental car for me within 24 hours because I am not satisfied with it at all. Otherwise, I have no options but to complain about your company at the Chamber of commerce and ask for a full refund of the rental amount of this car.
I believe that this situation deserves your prompt action.
