Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the unacceptable quality of the meal I had at your restaurant last Friday. I am hoping that you would take necessary actions to improve the food quality and more importantly, maintain your reputation.
Last week marked an important milestone for me, as I was officially promoted to Finance Manager in my company after a long 10-year service. In order to celebrate this event, I decided to invite my team of five to your newly opened BBQ restaurant on Blackrock Avenue, located just a few blocks away from my office. There we ordered three servings of your signature pork ribs and lamb shoulders, with additional salads.
However, we were utterly shocked once the food arrived. Not only were the pork and lamb totally undercooked and inedible, but the salads were also too salty. After receiving an apology from a waitress, we had our food re-cooked, but only to receive heavily burnt meat while the salads remained the same. Unable to finish the meal, we left the restaurant quickly afterwards, which frustrated me as I did not expect my special night ruined by such event.
Therefore, I would really appreciate it if proper actions could be done to prevent such food quality incident from happening again. Please instruct your chefs and supervisors to prepare and check the food carefully before serving; otherwise, you will lose your customers.
