Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that my suitcase was missed placed when I was traveling to Karachi via flight number PK378 which took off from Islamabad airport at 10:30 AM on May 7, 2019.
As soon as, I received my boarding pass, I submitted my suitcase to the cargo department. when the flight landed in Karachi, I searched for my luggage everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. I went to the airline counter to file a complaint of my message suitcase and I was assured that the lost and found department will contact me within 5 days, but I have not heard from them up till now.
It was a black leather suitcase of medium size with two buckles on the front side and a logo on the top left corner of the brand named as ‘Michael Clarke’. It was in new condition and had some important confidential office documents, a wristwatch of Casio, few clothes, passport drive and my iPad.
It is requested to kindly take up the matter on priority as I am in distress because of the office documents that were present in the bag. Please let me know what measures having taken so far and when I will be able to get my suitcase back.
