This is with reference to the workshop I have attended last Monday on the topic of Supervisory Toolkit.
I wanted to share with you that the conference was pretty interesting, as it provided me an in-depth view of main factors related to management behaviours. And I would suggest that we should prepare a proper presentation on the topic for our own staff members, as supervision or staff management is one of the pain areas we are facing at the moment. The conference also included some contemporary theories related to services industry which was new to me.
In my presentation, I will be covering these modern management theories as well as the areas which we need to specifically target such as; Lack of communication, violation of chain of command etc. As you know these are the main areas we need to address. This will interest our staff members as the session will resolve their issues effectively.
