I am writing this letter to express my interest in working at our company headquarters located in new York for a short span of time.
As you are already aware of the implementation of the new ERP module – Ariba which we will be helpful for us to get the auctions done at a much faster rate. this is quite an effective way of cost cutting as we do not have to pay anymore to the third party for the e-bids. The team will be able to execute the projects more efficiently and conveniently. Despite of all these reasons stated above, I would like to learn the process and method of working at the head office.
Mr Ben will be taking care of my roles and responsibilities in my absence. However, I will be in touch with him on a regular basis and will be available on calls where ever I am required. I have made him well aware of the things to be taken on priority. I would request you to kindly support with all the necessary approvals for travel plan.
