Dear Vishu,
It’s being so long since we last were in touch. I have not forgotten all the wonderful time we had spent together. I am writing to apologize as I cannot come to pick you up at the airport due to so unavoidable condition.
Unfortunately, I am having an important meeting at the office planned on the last moment by my manager. And as I am the team leader my presence in the meeting is mandatory. My meeting will last for about 2-3 hours, so I can not catch up at the airport for pick up.
Nevertheless, there are many ways by which you can reach my home from the airport. If you are carrying too much of luggage you can hire a taxi from the airport and if you are traveling lighter than you can travel through local bus which is also economical.
Furthermore, I have planned the trip to north of india. The Taj Mahal in Agra and rishikesh in uttrakhand are in the top most list of our destination. Moreover, there is a wedding coming up in the family and that will give you the taste of our rich culture.
I am early waiting for you.
