Computers and modems have made it possible for office workers to do much of their work from home instead of working in offices every day. Working from home should be encouraged as it is good for workers and employers.
The era of artificial intelligence provides workers and businesses a comfortable working life. the computers and software technologies made it easier for both parties to do much work from their home instead of going to the office on a daily basis. It is relatively an efficient and effective work culture for employees. I believe that in the next few years, this culture will be encouraged by the number of companies for providing a balanced working life to their staff.
The opportunity of working from home gives an environment to the employee to feel relax and focused while working without adopting stress and pressure from their superiors as like in office. They have independence and convenience for completing the task by their own pace of time without interruption. A good schedule between regular work and office work get maintained by the employee from their home itself. They can manage their personal life which makes an understanding between employer and employee. the feeling of coöperation developed between them so they can have mutual respect for each other.
In contrary, working from home is<span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="home "></span> difficult for companies who want their employees to work traditionally. They don't want to acquire technology for completing the task from home, it is also because providing these facilities to workers might make them lazy and irresponsible for completing the projects and work on time. This cause delays and misunderstanding between both parties. Sometimes the interactions on phone calls can<span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="calls "></span> be misinterpreted and instructions are not followed by the employee which can make a wrong or duplication of work.
In conclusion, the workers should avoid the work delays and done their work as per the instructions so the companies have a trust of providing the jobs from working at home and extended it in the future prospects.
