An increasing number of the children are overweight could result many problems when they grow older both in term of their health and health care costs.
why do you think so many children are overweight?
what could be done to solve this problem?
Health is an important issue in the world and people try to have healthy life. One of the sign of being healthy is your weight. because when you are fit, it means your <span tabindex="0" lang="en">Cholesterol</span><span class="mceItemHidden"></span> and diabete is normal. unfortunately most people specifically children are over weight and they don't care about that or they don't know how to solve this problem. In the following of this text, the cause of being overweight and solutions of that will be discussed.
As mentioned above being fat person is not good and it is sign of some of your disease. parent should force their children to do physical activity instead of playing computer games. because when their children don't have enough activity, they don't spend their energy and it is change to the some fat and store in their body. Unfotunatelly most child are lazy and they prefer to stay in front of TV or play computer games. they should change their way and do a sport which is interest on it.
On the other hand by getting help from new technology we can push children to play some sport during playing computer games. some manufacturer like Sony and X-BOX invent a new instrument for video game which is encourage children to do physical activity. But it's not enough and their parent should teach them how do some excercise which help them be healthy.
As conclusion, parents should change the way of their children life and encourage them to be active person in society and spend their energy in a correct way.
