It is widely considered that living abroad where speaking foreign language is essential may lead to serious social problems, as well as practical problems. I totally agree with the statement.

Firstly, language barriers can cause misunderstandings among people. Second language speakers can never do it as accurately and fluently as native speaker, therefore their mispronunciations can lead to misunderstandings while communicating.
