New stories on TV and in newspapers are very often accompanied by pictures.

Some people say that these pictures are more effective than words.

What is your opinion about this?

some people believe that illustrations are more efficient than sentences to demonstrate tv news and newspaper stories. I agree with the opinion given, because pictures will benefit both tv stories and newspapers creators and audiences.

A good reason that news and stories should accompanied by pictures rather than just words is that, firstly, pictures act as a title and even more impressive to share the feeling of the headline. For example, in euro cup champions a poor football team has won the cup. Undoubtedly, if there be a picture from head-above cup and their face while they are thrilled would present currently the feeling of them with the audiences or readers. Furthermore, sometimes some people haven’t enough time to spend for entire news or stories, thus, pictures provide the main aim of them.

Another reason that pictures are next to words in TV series and newspapers is that in terms of attracting audiences, from a glance look pictures are attractive to persuade. In the other word, the shows and news which have a wider picture are sold easier in comparison with the news which are solo with sentences. For instance, a colorful picture in a newspaper from a ceremony in Mexico which is called ‘The Death Day’ will absolutely pull the readers to buy the newspaper.

In conclusion, some people prefer to follow stories and news which are surrounded with pictures since they are more effective than words. I agree with the pictures for the benefits it provide for both editors and audiences.
