Some people think that modern technology is making people more sociable, while others think it is making them less sociable. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
According to some individuals new innovations make people more social and friendly but some disagree with this statement. In my perception that latest techniques became people more social but at same times it hinders the face to face interaction among people.
The advent of internet bridged the long distance communication between the kith and kins. They can connect with them anytime and anywhere on this planet with the click of one button. It shrinks the big earth planet into small global village. The frequent contact with relative and friends strengthens bond. For instance, at social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram people can share photos, update news for their near and dear ones without any barrier. Moreover mode of transportation like bullets trains, metros and air planes also connect the people who lived in abroad or other states. Obviously technology increases the attraction between the people.
In the other hand, sometimes children and adults are so obsessed with gadgets as the result technology deprives from person to person contact. Children engrossed all time with mobiles and laptops rather than spend time with parents and play outdoor games with friends. The real human attraction is vital aspect for a healthy relationship and bond. Moreover they interact with friends by playing online games, chatting but this is limited interaction as compare to personal contact.
To recapitulate, I opine that advancement of technology keep the people closer and socially connected, some still feel that it as reason for communication gap. As long as we are aware of its right usage, the social benefits clearly positive.
