Essay topics:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? One of the best ways that parents can help their teenage children prepare for adult life is to encourage them to take a part-time job.

Parents always are seeking the best possible way to prepare their beloved teenagers for their future life. Opinions are divided as to whether a part-time job is the best option to help children be prepared for their adult life or not. Personally, It is my firm conviction that taking a part-time job by teenagers would be surely helpful for their adulthood. I will develop my standpoint through two rational reasons, noted in the following essay.
The first significant reason to be mentioned is that a part-time job clears out the value of money which is the most necessary in today's modern world. In the other words, when a teenager takes a part-time job realizes that making money, in reality, is not easy, at all. Therefore, they will be more motivated to spend money rationally. My friend who is from a wealthy family is a great example of this. his parents were always complaining that their son has addicted to waste money. Consequently, they cut his daily budget and made him work partially at a restaurant. Thereby, my friend who was used to wasting money had to count on every dollar he earns to make the end of the month. Had he never forced to take a part-time job, he never would have found that the value of money and its role in adult life.
The second remarkable point to be stated is that having a part-time job is a great way to practice for adulthood's responsibilities. To be more specific, when teenagers work somewhere to learn how to handle their work-life besides their personal life, which is exceedingly important in everyone's adulthood. My brother, for example, is partially working in a coffeehouse. he is studying as well. Although, at first it was hard for him to take care of his responsibilities as a student and a waiter. He managed the situation that was such a good practice to be able to cope with similar situations in his upcoming life. Had he never taken a part-time job, he could not have learned how to do sharply different responsibilities.
To wrap up what has been discussed, encouraging teenagers to have a part-time job is crucial for preparing them for their adult life because they will learn to make money and its value in their life. Besides, doing a job partially prepare teenagers on how to deal with different responsibilities as a big part of adulthood.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
