Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:

"People learn things better from those at their own level - such as fellow students or co-workers - than from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors."

People are learning and studying most of the time they awake. They have always looked for a possible partner to help them realize what the solutions should be. In my opinion, I think that it is better to learn from someone who is a higher stage than us. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore through the following essay.

First of all, the professor has a broad, deep and more aspect than ordinary people, which is bring about the effective unexpected solution. It is better to get a lot of choices to make a crucial decision. On the other hand, if we learn or study from the limited knowledge people, we will also get limited choices to solve the problems we face. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. About two years ago, I have started my senior project about the hydrological model for graduation, and I knew about the model but not for this tremendous scale. I started surfing on the internet and asked my friends how to deal with it. Unfortunately, I get the limit of the answer that made me nervous about graduation very much but my friends talked to me that I should go to ask the professor. After talking with the professor in a few hours, I got a clear perspective and more choices to solve my problems. Without asking the professor, I think I would be stuck at that point forever.

Secondly, Learning from the experts could save a lot of time, which we could use this time to do something more productive. The experts have a broad knowledge in their heads, so it is simple to get the ideas. Instead of, finding a solution with our same level friends and the inevitable internet friend could take a lot of time to screen the tons of information which one is the right and correct data to help us solve the face problems. For instance, after I asked the professor about my senior project problems. I got plenty of time before the deadline. I used that time to focus on writing the report and the journal publishing paper to be more perfect.

Finally, I am of the opinion that it is a benefit to learn something from the experts. That's because not only they could give us the right possible choices to let us make a decision, but also not to waste our precious time.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
